Welcome to our PPP 2018 Festival Guide! It’s the one-page primer for all-things Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino, complete with film info, trailers, ticket information, screening schedule and more. Read on for our festival guide.

Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (lit. Filipino Film Festival) returns for its sophomore year, with a new lineup of films to be screened in all cinemas in the country. Unlike last year, it has been decided that part of the requisites for entries this year is to have their Philippine premiere on the festival itself—a decision that raised many eyebrows, seeing that PPP had ostensibly been poised as a platform for films that deserved more attention after making their local festival rounds, like, say, Victor Villanueva’s Patay Na Si Hesus.

Taking to their Facebook Page, Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino has announced today this year’s lineup. Check them after the bump.
