Following its wildly successful first-run earlier this year, “Queer Eye” is back for another season, reassembling the Fab Five—Antoni Porowski (Food & Wine), Bobby Berk (Interior Design), Karamo Brown (Culture), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming), and Tan France (Fashion)—to do the Georgia heartland the service of making over the lives of Georgians for the better.
Can you believe?
Things are moving fast; in fact, just four months after the first season’s premiere, the series is due to premiere its second season on June 15th. That’s next week. Which means it’s due time for a trailer, which you can now watch here:
Netflix’s reboot series raked in plenty of praise from viewers and critics alike for touching on important themes such as racism, homophobia, and others. The trailer, which Netflix dropped today, seems to tread the same trail. “Who’d have thought a bunch of gays would come together to build a community center for a church,” quips Bobby Berk. The new season also marks the first “Queer Eye”, at least on this iteration, to make over a woman and a transman.
Along with the trailer, Netflix also sent us this official art for the new season.
