Episode deux is here, you guys! We know it’s been a long time since our pilot, but we don’t like rushing these things.
But we’re back—finally. And we think we’re getting a better groove of podcast production. That isn’t a promise of consistent weekly uploads (as mentioned, we aren’t in any rush), but we want to let you know we’re ready to put out more.
In this week’s episode, we catch up on a handful of films from last January. Two of them I was able to watch (at the time of recording), and one both Geoff and I had to sit through in equal parts agony and rage.
Featured films
This week, Geoff and Armand talk about Perci Intalan’s “Born Beautiful”, JP Habac’s “Sakaling Maging Tayo”, and Brillante Mendoza’s “Alpha: The Right to Kill”. Armand also reveals how Mendoza ruined his favorite film for him.
